Ariel Johnson - President of the Board of Directors

Ariel is honored and excited to be named President of the inaugural Board of Directors for INSPIRE Music Service Hope. Not only has he experienced firsthand the power and positive impact of the arts in his own life, but as a life-long performer he has shared this power with tens of thousands of people throughout the world. 

Ariel currently lives in Las Vegas, NV, where he works as Special Litigation Counsel for Switch–one of the fastest growing and most technologically advanced data storage companies in the world.  His beautiful wife, Sarah, and three red-headed children provide the meaning in his life, along with his faith in the Savior, Jesus Christ. 

When Ariel is outside the office, he enjoys serving in his local church congregation with his wife, playing/coaching sports with his children, and being involved in community theater. Ariel also sits on the Board of Directors for Signature Productions—a local production company whose mission is to produce family-friendly, Broadway-quality entertainment in Las Vegas. 

As President of the Board for INSPIRE Music Service Hope, Ariel is proud to be a part of an organization with the drive and support to accomplish its noble goals. Ariel believes in the inherent goodness of people and in the power of the arts to lift, educate, heal, and inspire the world.

Kameron Bybee - Treasurer

Kameron has been a corporate event planner for the past 10 years, specializing in large-scale conventions and auctions. Prior to that, she taught voice and piano lessons for 15 years. 

Kameron also works as the assistant to Rob Gardner for both Spire Music and Cinematic Pop and enjoys being involved with music as much as possible. 

Now that her three children are teenagers, she hopes to be able to take advantage of some of the perks her husband has access to as a pilot for JetBlue and see more of the world!

Deborah Sackett - Secretary

Debbie Sackett was the director of the party house during the years her kids were growing up, and spent her time performing, costuming, teaching piano, singing, and raising kids. She served as the Jr. Miss Scholarship Pageant Director for Orem as well as PTA president numerous times on a local level and the region level. She has a passion for helping others and for discovering new experiences – some of which include riding camels in Egypt, swimming in the Amazon River in Brazil, doing a 250-foot free fall bungee jump in South Africa, zip lining over a rainforest in Costa Rica, and swimming with sharks in Belize.

Kylee Shields

Kylee Shields is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the Life Skills Director at Telos U, a residential treatment program in Orem for young adults.  Throughout her career she has worked closely with adolescents in the areas of  trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, oppositional defiance, bereavement,  processing disorders, process addictions, and more. She draws from her prior experience working at youth camps,  residential treatment settings, a therapeutic boarding school, and wilderness therapy (ANASAZI).  Kylee is a published author, co-founder of INSPIRE Music Service Hope, Music Director of the Utah chapter of the INSPIRE Chorus,  and a world traveler. Kylee enjoys writing, playing her piano (Ella Mae), singing, spending time with friends, nieces and nephews, and being outdoors.

Eric Sackett

Eric is grateful for music and feels blessed to have been surrounded by it his entire life. Some highlights of Eric’s performing career include singing in BYU’s Vocal Point and Young Ambassador’s along with different groups across Utah Valley. Eric has played piano for 20 years and has taught and directed INSPIRE Entertainment’s Vocal Performance Company for 5 years. In his spare time, Eric enjoys playing with his kids, being active, and going on adventures!

Michael Sackett

Michael Sackett is the heart of INSPIRE. He is currently the CEO of INSPIRE Entertainment and INSPIRE Music Service Hope, a Performing Arts Studio and Nonprofit based in Gilbert, AZ. He loves educating youth about the benefits of music and the arts in their lives. He hopes his efforts will provide the opportunity for many people to be touched by the power of music and the performing arts, both as performers and supportive audience members. In his spare time, Michael likes to read, travel, play soccer, and spend time with his two cute kids, Sadie and Pearson.

LaDawn Pettitt

LaDawn has loved the arts for as long as she can remember. She started performing at age 2 1/2 and hasn’t stopped. Her credits include multiple lead roles in various musicals, singing for the Life of Christ productions, including the filming of the oratorio in Jerusalem, and with Rob Gardner’s Spire Chorus in Lamb of God. LaDawn is passionate about education and is grateful every day to come to work at a place she believes in so entirely

Maia Rudolph

Maia is a Director of Global Compliance and Reporting at Grant Thornton where she has worked for 16 years. During her tenure at Grant Thornton her primary focus has been on project management and process improvement. Maia has spent majority of her time at Grant Thornton leading projects to develop Grant Thornton’s Tax capabilities and global services to deliver impactful outcomes for clients and organization, including strategic initiatives such as Grant Thornton’s India Shared Services Center and internal tax methodology/technology implementation. Most recently, Maia spent nearly two years with Grant Thornton International, London, where she worked closely with Grant Thornton member firms globally. Maia is certified in Prosci Change Management.

Maia served on Phoenix Children’s Hospital Emerging Leaders as a board member. Maia lead the Signature Event and Giving Committee in 2015 which raised $20,000 plus for the hospital. In addition, Maia was a part of the Leadership Circle for PCH which invests in impactful projects through  grant awards to Phoenix Children’s top innovators.
